Anca Sinea is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at FSPAC, Babeș-Bolyai University. She holds a PhD and is a researcher in Political Science, studying Romania’s active regional role in European energy policy. Anca Sinea holds dual degrees in International Relations (SNSPA, Bucharest) and Political Science (Université Paris X) and has a master’s degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and the University of Vienna. Her areas of interest include resource policies, energy diplomacy, diplomatic protocol, and geopolitics. At CSD, she is an expert on international relations and national security. In this capacity, he coordinated the proposals of CSD/FSPAC experts regarding the National Defense Strategy for 2015-2019. He has also participated in various research projects on topics such as national security, electoral reform, Romanian voting behavior, and the Votul Meu platform.
