Ovidiu Oltean holds a PhD in Political Science and Communication and is a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences (FSPAC), Babeș-Bolyai University. His research focuses on the relationship between ethnic migration in Romania, ethnic institutions and organizations, and social change.
