Professor Jeffrey Sommers (University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee) held a lecture titled ”Offshore Finance from the Start: Why Russia's Oligarchs Do Not Want to Annex the Baltics" at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences (FSPAC). The event took place on tuesday, May 2nd.
