Levente Salat is a professor in the Department of Political Science and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences at Babeș-Bolyai University. He holds a PhD in Political Philosophy, obtained in 2001 from Babeș-Bolyai University. He teaches courses in ethnopolitics, international relations theory, multiculturalism, and intercultural communication. He is the President of the Ethnocultural Diversity Resource Center, an independent NGO established in 2000, active in the field of minority issues and interethnic relations in Romania.
